The majors finally took a breather this week, Bitcoin and Ethereum both drifted slightly lower. Instead a major focus was Robinhood Chain as it broke its all time volume record on Friday and then broke it again every single day since.
Robinhood Chain is finally stepping up where Base had failed previously. There’s a revival of 2021 style experimental DeFi, but this time focused on tech like UniV4 Hooks and emerging onchain RWAs (e.g. Tokenized Stocks). We’re hoping to see Robinhood Chain continuing the momentum lead the onchain revival.

📈 Two Words: Meme Stonks
The hottest new memes on Robinhood Chain are tokenized stocks paired with memecoins. With $AI launched on longdotxyz hit an ATH at 305M flipping $Cashcat $BONER trades against Hims stock and is a $55M coin doing $28M vol in a day, $MOO hit ATH at 25M is paired with Micron, $SAYLORMOON with MicroStrategy, $ROBINCAT with HOOD, and there are cats for Apple and Reddit too.
The engine under most of it is LONG, the stock paired launchpad we covered in a previous newsletter, which crossed $210M in total tokenized stock volume this week. The chain around it more than doubled to over $8B traded in seven days.
